A "Reservation Request" does not constitute a confirmed reservation. If you like, you may send your reservation request electronically but mail your down payment separately. If you decide to do this, then we will hold a reservation for you, if available, until we receive your down payment. We accept personal checks, cashier checks and money orders for payments. If you do not want to send your Reservation Request electronically, then you can print the form out on your printer, complete it and mail it along with your down payment to:

Prices Include get-acquainted breakfast•transportation to trailhead•transportation at the end of the trail to the 7 D Ranch for our celebration cookout•transportation from the Ranch to Cody to catch a return flight home on Sunday• pack trip with meals, tents, sleeping bags, interpretive and guide services, wrangler and cook, and back-country fees•Saturday night lodging at the 7 D Ranch. Prices do not include fishing licenses•travel from home and return• lodging and meals before our get-acquainted breakfast.

If a client cancels a reservation 61 days or sooner prior to scheduled program commencement date, then Western Treasures will keep 25% of the $ 1,750 down payment/person as a booking fee and remaining amounts will be refunded. If a client cancels in 60 days or less prior to scheduled commencement date, then Western Treasures will keep 50% of the down payment as a booking fee and remaining amounts will be refunded. The client may choose instead to have the entire amount rolled over as payments to be applied against a program the following year. If a customer cancels and a replacement booking is made, then the customer will receive a refund for the entire amounts previously paid. IF WE ARE UNABLE TO CONFIRM A RESERVATION FOR YOU, YOUR DOWN PAYMENT WILL BE RETURNED.
